Want to schedule online, check for vaccination history, see what day and time your next appointment is? FIRST MAKE SURE YOU USE THE EMAIL THAT WE HAVE ON FILE. Then download our new app based on which type of phone you have, Apple or other, and click on forgot password. They will confirm that as a client you have an email on file and send you a pass code confirmation to enter. Your first alphabetical pet will appear and by swiping sideways you will continue to your next pet. All critical appointments are only as available for the next 3 days. Critical care emergencies should call the nonaffiliated 24 hour Emergency Room NIVES for an appointment @ 426-1062
Unfortunately at this time we are not accepting new clients other than specialty surgery and procedure referrals. Due to pandemic limiting appointments for several months, only good standing clients can be seen until we are able to get them back on schedule. Thank you for your patience in these unusual times.
